1. Who We Are
BLUZ Toys Wholesale is a UK-based wholesale toy supplier operating via bluz.co.uk. We supply registered trade buyers and retailers only.
2. Pricing & Errors
While we make every effort to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and a full refund issued if payment has been taken.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of your purchase. Please check this carefully and keep a copy for your records. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to email being used as a means of communication for your order.
4. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless agreed credit terms are in place. Cards are charged on the day of dispatch. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
To protect against fraud, we verify your name, address, and payment details against third-party databases including credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, who may retain a record of that information. By placing an order, you consent to these checks.
You confirm that all details provided are accurate, that the payment method used is your own, and that sufficient funds are available.
5. Trade Accounts & Registration
Access to wholesale pricing is restricted to approved trade account holders. Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately. Usernames may not be transferred or sold.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your account details as soon as possible.
6.Limitation of Liability
BLUZ Toys Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are also not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party telecommunications or logistics providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on bluz.co.uk — including images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of BLUZ Toys Wholesale. You may not reproduce, frame, deep-link, or create derivative works from any part of our website without prior written permission. All goodwill arising from use of our brand remains with BLUZ Toys Wholesale.
8. Fraud & Misuse
It is an offence to use false details or invalid payment methods to place an order. BLUZ Toys Wholesale tracks electronic identifiers on all orders to assist in fraud prevention and prosecution. Any person found engaging in fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you: fail to make payment when due; breach these terms; fail to provide accurate information when requested; or are suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. For new users, updated terms apply immediately. For existing users, changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and BLUZ Toys Wholesale and supersede all previous understandings or agreements.
